About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Writing and Editing Intern to join our team. As a Writing and Editing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and editing of various written materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media content. You will work closely with our Content Manager and other team members to ensure that all materials are high-quality and engaging.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and editing of written materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media content
Conduct research on various topics related to our organization's mission and goals
Work with our Content Manager to develop and execute a content strategy
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all content is accurate, high-quality, and engaging
Meet project deadlines and manage time effectively

Requirements
High school student with a strong interest in community outreach and public health
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Available to work 5-10 hours per week
